{"id":1,"date":"2019-09-02T12:36:24","date_gmt":"2019-09-02T12:36:24","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/walesisnotforsale.cymru\/?p=1"},"modified":"2022-11-20T15:28:01","modified_gmt":"2022-11-20T15:28:01","slug":"home","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/walesisnotforsale.com\/","title":{"rendered":"Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1>NID YW<br \/>\nCYMRU<br \/>\nAR&nbsp;WERTH<\/h1>\n<div><\/div>\n<h1>WALES<br \/>IS NOT <br \/>FOR SALE<\/h1>\n<h1>NID YW<br \/>CYMRU<br \/>AR\u00a0WERTH<\/h1>\n<h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mae tai ar werth mewn ardaloedd lle siaredir y Gymraeg bob dydd fel iaith gymunedol, ond mae\u2019r Gymraeg dan fygythiad mewn nifer o gymunedau.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Gan fod tai yn cael eu trin fel asedau yn hytrach na fel cartrefi, mae pobl ar gyflogau lleol yn cael eu prisio allan o\u2019r farchnad dai lleol ac yn gorfod gadael yr ardal, pobl ifanc yn enwedig.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#8217;r nifer uchel o dai gwyliau ac Air BnB yn dwysau&#8217;r broblem ac yn gosod dyfodol y Gymraeg fel iaith gymunedol yn y fantol.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Tra bod rhai unigolion yn gallu prynu mwy nag un t\u0177, a&#8217;i ddefnyddio am rai wythnosau bob blwyddyn, dydy pobl leol ddim yn gallu ffordio prynu neu rentu cartref o gwbl.<\/p>\n<p>Mae hyn yn sefyllfa anfoesol ac yn peryglu dyfodol cymunedau ar draws Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Nid parc gwyliau ydi ein cymunedau, parchwch ddymuniad ein cymunedau i fyw ac i ffynnu.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h1>WALES<br \/>IS NOT <br \/>FOR SALE<\/h1>\n<h3>Houses are being sold in areas where Welsh is spoken every day as a community language, but the Welsh language is under threat in many communities.<\/h3>\n<div>\n<p>Because houses are treated as assets rather than homes, people on local wages are being priced out of the local housing market and have to leave the area, this affects young people especially.<\/p>\n<p>The high number of holiday homes and AirBnB is intensifying the problem and is putting the future of the Welsh language as a community language at stake.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While some individuals are able to buy more than one house to use for a few weeks each year, local people can\u2019t even afford to buy or rent a home at all. This is an immoral situation and endangers the future of communities across Wales.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our communities are not a holiday park, respect the wish of this community to live and thrive.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<!--
